Pastor Fred Scott began his ministry at Garner Church, January 1, 1995. A native of Arkansas, he graduated in 1980 from Free Will Baptist Bible College in Nashville, Tennessee. He Pastored 14 years in the state of Arkansas before coming to Garner. He is married to the former Terry Owens. They have two daughters, Bethany and Kailey.

Jonathan Kell began his ministry at Garner Free Will Baptist, December 4, 2005. A native of Tennessee, he graduated in 1996 from Free Will Baptist College in Nashville, TN. He ministered for 9 years in Arkansas and South Carolina before moving to Garner. He is married to the former Erin Mims. They have three children, Anna, Caitlyn, and David.
