Children Ministries

Children are a precious gift from God and it is the responsibility of the parents to raise their children in the way of the Lord. "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6

It is the responsibility of the church to provide the Christian support and resources to train up a child in the way of the Lord. Here at Garner Free Will Baptist we treasure all children and desire to see them experience the wonderfulness of God and His love for them. We provide activities through out the year that encourage their Spiritual, mental and physical growth.

We provide care for nursery thorough age 11. Our G.Y.G. Youth Ministries starts at age 12 and continues through high school. Our nursery children enjoy two adjoined rooms, one for infants and crawling babies, while those able to walk but not yet age 2, enjoy a separate room filled with entertaining educational activities. Beginning at the age of 2 our children enjoy Sunday School in age divided classes that allow the children to learn about Jesus Christ while participating in fun activities. Garner FWB children also enjoy interactive worship services, during our Sunday Morning Worship Service.

Our Pioneer Clubs Program Kickoff started January 5th of 2005. This program is for all kids ages 2 to 11 on Wednesday nights. We also have several other activities through out the year for the youth including bowling, camping and Easter Egg hunts.
